My name is Mercedes, and I'm the person behind L'Amour et la Musique - a YouTube channel, podcast, website and social media presence centered around eco-beauty, alternative health and wellness, and conscious living.
My interest in natural health began more than a decade ago, after a healing crisis led to a deeper investigation of many facets of my life. After earning my PhD in urban and environmental sociology in 2013, I started L'Amour et la Musique shortly after to help ease my life transition out of grad school and to share my longstanding creative passions with other like-minded beauty and wellness enthusiasts.
